Ownership-Next Generation ESOP Program

AFMS has introduced a Next Generation Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The founder has proposed that 10% of company shares be allocated on a trust basis to all employees — from worker to CEO. This motivates every employee to become a co-owner, think like an entrepreneur, and actively grow the company. Employees also have the opportunity to buy additional shares in the future, strengthening their role as partners in AFMS’s
