Our Origin & Founding
Africa Fleet Management Solutions (AFMS) was founded in 1995 by visionary leadership & ownership of SIMBA CORPORATION LIMITED
The company was originally established to manage, monitor, and control SIMBA’s own assembled and financed vehicles. Over time, AFMS expanded its scope, offering fleet management and telematics services to its entire vehicle fleet and eventually to external clients across diverse sectors.
Strategic Acquisition & New Vision (2021 –Present)
In August 2021, e-LPG Holding Limited (www.e-lpg.africa) acquired 100% of AFMS shares with the vision of:
Managing its upcoming large in-house LPG fleet across Africa using AFMS’s telematics expertise and reduce fleet operational cost.
Extending these advanced tracking and asset management services to external clients, ranging from single-vehicle owners to large commercial fleets and distributed assets across the continent and reduce their operational cost and share their saving as revenue of AFMS.
